Three New Projects

With Jimmy’s baby quilt completed, I am ready to go with new projects!  On Sunday, I started a new quilt class with the Lone Star.  Right now it looks like a bunch of bold batik strips.  By the weekend, they should transform into diamonds — which means, I need to get working!  This week, I also started another Disappearing 9 Patch and cut the background squares for another Twister Quilt.

In the meantime, I do have some other projects from 2011 that are now officially of my UFO collection.  One of my 2012 goals is to complete all of my 2011 UFO’s by 2013.  It seems like a doable goal, as it is January.  As we move through the year, I will let you know how this goal is progressing.

  1. You are busy with lots of projects. 🙂 I’m interested to see your black and white quilt completed. I’m entertaining the idea of making one for myself. 🙂
