2013 started off great with all of my quilting projects. In fact, I even finished several quilts just in January. Then, at the end of January, I was went on bed rest. Although I spent lots of time thinking and planning about quilts, I wasn’t able to sew. Sadly, my sewing machine sat idle for over 5 weeks. Then, this past week, I delivered my son – Johnny. He had an early arrival by 9 weeks and will be spending several weeks in the special care nursery. I don’t know how much sewing I will accomplish over the coming weeks, but there may be some updates, as I am finally able to work on his baby quilt! In the meantime, I will post some Johnny pictures with updates.
Congrats!!! Johnny is so cute. I hope his stay in the Nicu is short and sweet
